personality: Kelpie is a wolf that has been beaten so many times she doesn't know which way is up. Her family used her as the Omega wolf when they traveled with a small group of rouges and it left her scarred for life mentally. She is mentally unstable and often talks to herself, not that she means any harm by it but she thinks that she is talking to her twin brother that is long dead. She isn't very violent, only when someone calls her crazy or insane. She isn't either of those things. She uses her brothers image as a coping mechanism to deal with the fact that her family didn't want her around and constantly reminded her of that fact. She has trouble comprehending what people really want from her and often misinterprets peoples actions to that they are trying to hurt her or get back at her for something she had nothing to do with. She isn't very trusting of other female wolves considering they were the ones that picked on her the most and made her life the most miserable. She can be hostile if she thinks that she is being threatened but doesn't want to fight, she just wants to survive. If she can be drawn out of her shell she can actually be quite sweet if you can get passed the fact that she sometimes stops just to have a chat with an empty space next to her. She has hopes and dreams just like every other wolf and just wants to be accepted for once in her life.
history: She was born into a rouge group of wolves. She had a brother named Pix. They were practically identical and spent all of their time together. This was fine with everyone. It was nice to have someone to watch your back whenever you didn't have a real pack. They had gone to see if they could hunt something up to eat for the rest of the group but strayed to far. They killed something but a fully rouge wolf found them eating the kill. It wanted the kill and tried to take it from them but Kelpie refused to let it have it. Even though they were so much smaller than him she still tried to defend the kill. Her brother Pix came in to save the day though. She was going to be killed if he hadn't. Her brother paid the ultimate price though. He was badly wounded and it was all that Kelpie could do to try and get him back to their base camp. He was all but dead when they got there. Her mother blamed Kelpie for it. They were short on males in the group and for some reason everyone kept having female pups. Pix was one of their last hopes to bring a little new blood into the mix and Kelpie had killed that hope for all of them. They considered killing her but figured that it would be too kind for her and took to torturing her day in and day out. Her own mother pushed her off a small cliff which caused the head injury that caused her to see things and talk to her "brother". Soon everyone, not just her family took part in this activity and she was the Omega. They all took joy in trying to hurt her. Some of them were so young that they had no idea why they were doing it. She decided that it would be better to die alone than to stay with them. Either that or try to join and actual pack. She left for one that she thought might accept her as she was.
