akio is a very confused individual, from your point of view he might look like any other wolf and seem like it but deep down inside he has no idea how to act like a true wolf. he normally questions many things concerning wolves and how to act and behave. akio is gentle, kind, and what you would call a gentleman in human terms, a class act ladies man. he enjoys playing with pups and learning. but you don't want to get on his bad side. vengeful and vicious when he is angered, he will go through hell and back to try and get back at what you did. anything you did to him he'll do to you except 10 times worse. when he is around other wolves, he is cautious and confused but when around a large predatory animal such as a mountain lion he will remain calm and be himself.
akio likes to crack a joke once in a while, kick back and relax and just to as he pleases. some wolves would rather stay clear of him because they find him delusional or completely odd. he has 'cat like' habits and acts more feline than canine. this is were is odd and sad past comes into mind.
history:
bred from a pure bred tundra wolf and a brown timber wolf, akio was one the only surviving pup from a litter of three. he never grew to know his father well because he shortly left after he began to walk, run and explore the wild lands around him. akio's father was supposed to come back from his hunting expedition but never came back. some of the other wolves said that he was killed by a lynx, others say he escaped but didn't have enough strength to get back. his mother on the other hand, he knew by scent and smell but hardly by looks. he knew that he was nearly the carbon copy of the snowy white she-wolf that birthed him. at a young age he was separated from her when a raging thunderstorm swept by, causing a huge almost unstoppable fire. when his mother tried running opposite of the fire, she discovered that she was running towards another huge fire. trying to escape the death trap, she dropped akio when a tree came crashing down. jumping out of the way, they wound up being separated by the enormous tree that lay between them. suddenly like a miracle from heaven, a large beast came tearing through the underbrush. grabbing akio in its mighty jaws. the beast was a female mountain lion who had lost her own to cubs to the deadly fire. she had been out hunting and left them alone in the den only to come back and find them burnt to a crisp. both wolf and puma had tears coming from there eyes. silently mourning their losses to themselves.
after the incident the mountain lion raised the young pup as her own. teaching it the ways of the mountain lion, how to hunt and all the essentials on how to survive in the wild. when he reached the age of three he began to ponder why others like him would run from him and his mother. why he looked so much like them and not like his own kin. finally the puma told him of his tragic pup-hood and how he came to be where he is now. understanding the situation, he wished his foster mother fair well and set out to find out who he truly is, what is was meant to be.,
