You guys nominate any member, character, and thread that you feel deserves to be february's spotlight. The only requirements are that it can't be the member/character/thread as the previous month.

The admins will talk over the nominations--unless one of the admins are nominated, they won't be allowed in the discussion due to potential bias--and elect a final winner from YOUR nominees.

I know it's such a generic vote, considering she (you) is (are) the creator of RWM, but lately, she's helped me with some codes (er, one, lol), and actually, for the first time since I joined the site, she's made me feel like I belong.
