Deception. This is a dangerous land, an unforgiving place. Cold. Where the winter months are longer than any other. But, we have survived. We have outlasted man by over one hundred winters. But, we are beginning to feel the effects of our wounds. Beginning to doubt the strength of our bonds. The packs are falling apart from the inside out, loners are beginning to intrude on some. The joy felt with the loss of man as a competitor is all but gone, a lie, false hope.
