appearance: Comet is pretty much dark all over, the only pale markings being two spots above her eyes, on her paws and legs, muzzle, and chest. The underneath of her tail and her belly are lighter, too.breed,Timber wolf

personality: 200 word minimum. Comet appears dark and can seem tough, ruthless and cold at first sight, but deep down, once someone gets to know her, she is really a loyal and friendly companion. She usually keeps her emotions far away from anyone, and never admitting what she is feeling to strangers. It is also to some extent hard for her to explain her emotions to friends. She also finds it difficult to apologize. It takes her a while to trust others, so she is often detached from people who she does not know well yet.
However, Comet can have a lighter side and likes to joke around with her somewhat twisted sense of humour. Some will think her strange, others may like her, and Comet herself does not particularly care whether she is liked by a big crowd or not, but she does enjoy the company of friends. Comet is highly impatient, being bad-tempered with disobedient cubs and having no patience for stupidity, but she likes well-behaved pups and those whom she can have an intelligent conversation with.
Comet is an introvert, but she has no problem about letting loose her opinions, which are often extremely biased, depending upon whether she likes a certain individual or not. She also does not play the "friend" to someone whom she dislikes. If she does not like them, then she will make sure that they know it. She does not particularly enjoy fighting, but does view it as necessary in some extreme cases.
history: 250 word minimum. Comet was born as one of a litter of five puppies, in the cold spring of high mountains. Their father had to leave just after they were born, for reasons he kept to himself. Due to the conditions, it wasn't long before one of the cubs died from the cold and illness. Another perished shortly afterwards, and a third wasn't long to go after. Soon, it was just Comet and her brother left, with their distraught and weakened mother doing everything in her power to help her two remaining cubs live. With less 'competition' for the food caught, Comet and her brother grew much stronger. But this was also because of their mother, who gave up her own portions in favour of feeding her offspring. Finally, when she could take the strain no more, Comet's mother passed away with her cubs by her side.
They stayed there for as long as they could, but were forced to run, terrified, when a hungry cougar came across their mother's body and began to eat it. The distressed cubs ran for as long as they could, until they could go no further. Whilst they lay down and cried, another wolf happened upon them. Fortunately it was a elderly, motherly female who had no cubs of her own, and she took in the two cubs and cared for them, she and her mate raising them and giving them all the lessons that their mother wasn't able to.
After some time, the elderly female wolf died of old age, leaving her mate to look after the still-young wolves. He did so grudgingly, showing no real interest in the wolves' welfare at all. After a month or so, disaster struck. During one hunting expedition, they stumbled across the path of human hunters, who gave chase. Without hesitation, the adult wolf fled, saving his own skin. They barely managed to get away, and even though they did so, they were separated. Luckily, they were old enough to survive by themselves, and Comet just managed to get by, caring only for herself and getting by alone, with a dislike of humans and a heavy grudge on the world.
